French legend Zinedine Zidane, who has been appointed as the official brand ambasssador of a Mumbai-based real estate group, has arrived in the city of Mumbai on Thursday afternoon.
The 1998 World Cup winner was roped in as the official brand ambasssador of the Indian real estate company on 10 May to become the official face of one of their Mumbai projects.
He will also be in the audience for a 5-a-side exhibition match played between a motley group of former and current Indian internationals at the Dome, NSCI, Worli. He is also expected to walk the ramp on Friday evening for an international fashion designer.
Zidane, who is accompanied by his wife Véronique, was received by a thunderous bevy of fans at the Mumbai airport.
